I am Lil Red, the Talking Cow at WhisperingHopeFarm.com

Let me introduce myself...I am Lil Red, the Talking Cow at Whispering Hope Farm.com. I have seen it all here at the farm. Been here my whole life, well except for the first 2 months. I must say I was a cute baby calf.
I will be the first one to say that I was a rascal when I was little...one of my owners now says I am a rascal and have never grown up. My best friends growing up were a horse named Champ and a girl named Shauna. I would talk to both of them for hours and we would run and play together. Shauna would always bring me food to eat in the morning and at night. Cook...yes even at 11 years old she could make the best of meals. She is responsible for helping me grow big and strong like I am  today.
Shauna and I had good times together through the years. My whole life changed when I became a mom on January 9, 2013. That day will go down in history in mind. I was so proud of my son. He was my pride and joy. Shauna, bless her heart, was there with me thru it all. She even helped me feed my son. I was feeding my son milk. Oh my...let me tell you I had milk going EVERYWHERE! It was just coming out of me and going all over the place. Once again, my friend, Shauna, came to my rescue. She pulled me into the barn and hooked me up to a machine...the milking machine. Two times a day. She would do this. This was not boring and in fact I enjoyed my time with my buddy, Shauna. We would be there together and talk. After she got all the milk out, boy did I feel lighter and could run around the pasture with my son.
Another time I will tell you about some other stories and escapades I have done. My life has been full of fun and adventure here at WhisperingHopeFarm.com and I look forward to sharing the details with you. Will you join me on this adventure???

My animal friends at WhisperingHopeFarm.com and I were talking about how we should celebrate the holidays this year. We came up with a plan and now we are so excited to share it with you! Starting the day after Thanksgiving we are going to have a Christmas Party! We have invited Santa and he has agreed to come! Some of the animals are going to be around Santa so people can sit on his lap and get pictures with Santa AND the animals! The kids and parents should really like this.Pat and hold the 9 different kinds of farm animals (bunnies, pig, sheep, goats, chicken, duck, cows, and puppies), ride Santa's horse, and play on the farm playground. Have your camera ready to take Christmas pictures!  We told Santa he doesn't have to bring his reindeer as our horses are going to dress up like reindeer and let the children ride on them. All the animals, including me the cow, are looking forward to having you come to the farm.  SIGN UP at  http://www.whisperinghopefarm.com/calendar  and horse rides are CASH at the farm.
